Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Free Shipping to Geo Location within India only
- All our products booked from the portal are shipped by express cargo services and we are currently offering FREE DELIVERY within Geo Location of India only.
- Once the order is ready for shipment you will be notified by email about the shipper company and its consignment tracking link.
- All Mandir products will be delivered to your door-step. (ground floor in case of multi-storied apartments)
- For multi-storied apartments, a consumer has to ensure for the availability of pickup attendants/service lift to carry the mandir inside a flat / house.
- Please note, if you receive a damaged or defective outer packing (carton box / wooden crate) by the shipping company, ensure to take a snapshot prior of opening the package and share us if any damages are occurred due to mishandling. For any such damages, we will provide support to affix the issue/repair / replace the product depending upon the conditions at actual.
Shipping Outside India is Chargeable
- Shipping amount is not included in order totals booked outside India and is chargeable on an actual volumetric weight basis.
- We offer a 7 days return on Mandir Products ordered on our website.
- We accept returns only on faulty or completely damaged mandirs.
- Please note NO RETURNS shall be accepted on the basis of MANDIR SIZING, as we have clearly indicated the size and dimensions of every Mandir so please ensure to check and validate the Lenght, Breadth, and Height before placing your valuable order.
- On completely damaged Mandir, we will replace the mandir on accepting a RETURN from the consumer.
- For partially damaged Mandir, we will provide the accessory or item damaged in transit, if any, FREE of cost.
- A consumer can file a Money Back claiming any genuine reason and we will return the amount subject to deducting the shipment cost TO and FRO.
- For availing Return / Replacement, a consumer is required to LOGIN his/her account on the website.
- Under My Account, navigate to "VIEW YOUR ORDER HISTORY".
- A Return Badge is displayed on Order's History Module. (If you are not able to see the Badge, the Return Period must be over for the selected product)
- Click the Return Badge and provide your Reason for Return. Our team will contact you about further actions once you file a Return.
